Budapest, Hungary

Day three and my birthday! Wow, what a place to be. Budapest is the most beautiful place with stunning architecture and so much history. We toured the city and had time to do our own exploring. That evening we went to the State Opera to see the opera Carmen! It was a modern version but fascinating, and of course the music was beautiful. And what a privilege to be in such a lovely theatre.
