Cheers, happy Easter

Pisco Sours, first tasted in Guatemala a couple of years ago. We have finally managed to get all the contents together. They are delicious and highly recommended. And easy to make.

Not sure how many blips or comments I will be able to post in the coming week. Off to join some of the Andalusian Easter celebrations in Alcaudete and catch up with wonderful friends. They have just let us know that on checking our little house they found our water boiler had come away from the wall. But they fixed it all before letting us know. How grateful we are! They sent photos but not sure you'd want me to blip them.
