Artefact

It was an early example of a ship burial. The body lay in a vessel which was buried under mounded earth. Whilst many of the elements were typical of a high-status burial, there were some unusual features - the body was clothed in a strange metallic-ceramic material, the configuration of the chieftain’s internal organs was interesting, to say the least, and, rather than the usual oars or sails, the vessel appeared to have an atomic propulsion system.
