What to pick!

In the end I opted for a collage of the beautiful Gang Gang who very obligingly visited us late this afternoon while there was still some sunshine. I think he looks very handsome and obviously was extremely thirsty as he hung around for a while which is quite unusual.

We were in baking mode today knowing that it’s Good Friday tomorrow. A hearty smoked trout quiche is the order of the day and the pastry is already for rolling tomorrow first thing. I’ve also promised CCN I would make her a New York Baked Cheese Cake. That’s instead of an Easter Egg :)
