AbstractThursday144 Capricious

 This week's rather challenging theme, set by our host Ingeborg, is Capricious, meaning  'changing according to no discernible rules; unpredictable'...I have taken a rather easy option on a busy day by relating this to the weather.  Capricious is an adjective more usually applied to April's weather, but these last days of March are certainly giving it a good go!

My image is two overlaid pictures taken today, rain against a window and the optimistic magnolia blooming against a clear(ish) sky a little later.  The first version was quite natural looking but as it's Abstract Thursday, I just had to faff a bit, altering the colour and texture.

In other news: a quiet day workwise, but the decorating continues slowly.  There won't be any wallpaper applied until well after the Easter break, but it will be lovely when it's finished!
