Managed .........

 ............ to get downstairs but spent all day on the sofa wrapped up in two blankets - alternating hot and freezing cold.   Not eaten anything since getting home - if I start clucking and chirruping could it be bird flu??  :o)
Bones still hurt and skin is sore to touch.  Sinus pain gone but throat feels like it's been sandblasted - uuurgh!
