In my backyard

Sipping my coffee and looking out of the window I spotted this big stork in my backyard, grabbed the camera and got this image of him.. he'd spotted me too :) By the time I'd changed lenses, he was gone... not willing to pose more, I guess.
Last December there was a pair of storks in my backyard and I suppose this is the male of that pair. They surely then intended to hibernate here, but I wonder if they did as February and March did bring Winter temps here and I wonder if the 2 of them survived the cold &/ migration; perhaps she will come back here soon too?!
