Flower Friday

The only flowers I could find in our garden at the moment, apart from a single daffodil not ready to show itself fully to the world. Grape hyacinths I think. Luckily they were in a pot so I could bring them inside from the rain.

This time yesterday I was sitting in a hospital waiting room for an endoscopy to check my Barrett's oesophagus. The procedure wasn't too bad, over in about 15 mins and I went home immediately as I didn't have sedation. The problem was they were running very late, so my 2:30 appointment didn't happen until 5. Will get called back in 2 years, that's something to look forward to.
