Old Warden Water Pump

One of three remaining reminders in the village of Old Warden of when water had to be obtained from somewhere outside one's houses. This is the one that backs onto Parsonage Piece - a water pump with a wooden box like structure surrounding the pump. Probably late 19th century with clay roof tiles. Grade II listed I believe as being of special interest. It looks like it could do with a bit of restorative work now. There is one other pump by the cricket ground and Jacobs Well at the other end of the village.
