Black And White March: #30

I blipped this old C reg Cortina back in summer 2017. Since then it's moved a couple of spaces down in the car park and starting to look a bit worse for its exposure to the elements. Perhaps somebody bought it as a restoration project but hasn't had the time or money to actually do the work.
*Thanks to StuartDB and Sparserunner for correctly pointing out this is a C reg because in this system the letter corresponding to the year of registration is a suffix, not prefix.
