Majestic

Pointe de Nyon rises above Morzine in majestic splendour, it’s cap jutting above the clouds to tower over those below; never to be underestimated.

Peter & I left the 3 teenagers to explore another portion of the Portes du Soleil ski area today; deciding instead to have a rest day. We wandered much of Morzine comparing various building styles and stopping for coffee that became lunch at Le Colibri.

This evening we all enjoyed an exciting ice hockey match - an energetic quater final game which the home team won. I can’t say we understood all the action but it was a fiestily played, entertaining game.
