Three

No golf for JJ as the course is operating on reduced holes, so we headed out for a walk over the ridge and back through the fields.  Everywhere is dreadfully waterlogged and our wellies virtually disappeared under the mud that climbed all over them.  I wanted to head off down to the river and back via the windmill, but it wasn't worth the trouble.

The birds have gone through two feeders of sunflower hearts, although to be fair they are chucking most of it down for the ground feeders, and
Buttons the squirrel knocked on the window for food, so I chucked out a few peanuts for her, and then watched as she buried the lot in the lawn.

I spotted these geese flying overhead as we walked back over the playing fields.

Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding tonight.  Well it is our 51st wedding anniversary.
