A Job for Low Tide

There were many people in Lyme Regis this afternoon, enjoying what turned out to be not too bad a day at all.
They are replacing over 60 metres of the old storm outfall pipe at the side of the Cobb, and embedding it in concrete, but it's a job that can be done only at low tide, regardless of whether or not it's Easter Sunday.
We were just walking back from the Cobb when we met some divers that we know, from a club in Worcestershire.
