Carskey Bay

6.8C with sunny sunshine all day long. Light E/ESE breeze.

Grocery shopping.

Went the ten miles or so South to Southend then followed the road round past Dunaverty beach and Kiel to Carskey Bay. We saw seals on the rocks at Kiel, and more Gannets than last week in the air out over the sea. A few Ringed Plovers were on the beach and there were some Oystercatchers too.

At Carskey we walked along to the far end and back. There were a few other people on the beach (must be tourist season!) and a couple of collies. Fergus just had to enjoy the walk on his lead.

Later Apothecary7 was painting with BBC radio 2 in the background.
