Easter chickens

Sylvie, our chick from last year now goes out into the field and has finally left the side of her mum. She has paired up with Boohoo who was our chick from the previous year.

Here they are , trying to take up all the space in a plastic box that is kept inside the stable.

Hope everyone is enjoying the extended weekend break, if you haven't got to work, of course.
I believe all shops are closed today, except for very small ones, so retail staff can have a rest from work. Of course, there are lots of other people in essential services who are not having a holiday today. Where would we be without their dedication.
