Vegan Cake For belated 29th!

Since the kids moved to Portland we were not able to celebrate Martin (Gander"s) 29th birthday in person with them. They will be up here late tonight so I baked a special almond fudge vegan cake to have a belated Happy 29th celebration tomorrow! It's the first vegan one I ever made. First I had to go buy supplies we don't normally have. It turned out really well and I'm excited to see how they like it tomorrow:)
