Coal delivery

Starting this write up again as I'd just finished putting my thoughts down when I back spaced to correct an error, and the whole write up disappeared.

As I was cleaning our cottage this morning I spotted a man with a very dirty face coming down Campbell's Close opposite, and realised that it was the coal delivery man. Once upon a time there would have been many deliveries in the area, but I think it's probably quite a rare sight now.

There are two flats for sale in the brewery block opposite, and I really wish I could buy them - it would be a fab place to live - if only the loan market were better, I'd be tempted.
