Distribution Board 4

This was at the Viceregal Lodge at Shimla. Shimla used to be the summer capital for the Brits - as it was cooler at 2154m. The lodge was compelted in 1888 and was formerly the home of the British Viceroy, Lord Dufferin and the summer seat of British Government in India until the 1940's.

This seems to be the bell and fuse box - in one of the corridors. Correction - from my chum Henry Lamb who points out that there are no bells, just switches. And that DB stands for Distribution Board. Thanks Henry.

My extra photo is of the jar of 3 fruits marmalade that we had for breakfast. It reminded me of my mum (still going strong at 95) as she used to make it
