Gone Fishing

To be more precise, I went looking for fish jumping and on the way home, decided to take a detour (always go with my gut instinct!) and saw this beauty out hunting.  She was right across from a construction site on a rural road so it was very noisy but she wasn't at all concerned.  I imagine that is why she was only curious about me.  I took my time and watched for any signs that she was stressed by my presence but was thrilled that she actually seemed bored with me.

Tick.  Another sight off my list this winter/spring!  I still have to catch a jumping steelhead....
