Santa Barbara Chapel in Borba, Portugal

This lovely little chapel only opens once a year on the day of Saint Barbara. The town becomes quite festive. This morning I woke up with the sound of the town band followed by firecrackers.  
I walked over to the chapel which is about 3 miles away. It's a lovely walk among the vineyards and lovely rolling hills.  Hills that are a bit painful on the way back.
