Pink pomegranate

Spent all day baking and decorating ... Unfortunately there's nothing pink in the cake so cannot blip it :(. BUT when we were out at our friend's for dinner, we had this pomegranate on our salad!!! I am NOT a pomegranate fan but the pink-ness tickled my fancy and I actually did try some. It was sweet and refreshing but I still haven't changed my mind, yet!!! Anyway it was 'conveniently' pink hence the photo!

Boy I'm tired! Up early tomorrow to finish off the cake and cupcakes, then church and hopefully a restful day.
