Sweet Potatoes

I did not know, until it appeared on my veg box list, that you can get purple sweet potatoes. They are very sweet, almost chestnut and a great addition to nut roast, giving it a lovely pink colour. Took this photo with a more usual orange sweet potato behind (and the grater for effect). I am a bit hopeless at uploading images on the day I take them so this is a couple of days late!
