TO THE MANOR BORN

The esteemed Mr Titchmarsh was on hand to cut the ribbon for the reopening of The Manor House in Ilkley. As it happens I have the wife of Alan’s Teacher, Harry Rhodes, who was the fellow who got him into gardening in the first place, one of his books is dedicated to him, I’m hoping that this little bit of info might persuade Alan to come and give us a visit, the residents would enjoy that.
