Tangled up (in Blue) Almost

Enjoyed a day in Devizes with sisters.  This lady was trying on a new pair of shoes.  The extra is a list of rules from the Victorian period for the Cheese Market,  Pleased to see (rule 12) that the welfare of the cheese was of concern.
