A bad back maybe?

I suggested a bad back as this man has obviously been put onto 'Light Duties' by his company! (Ok, that was terrible but hope someone thought it was funny!).

Lots done today, Marlane has been delving very deep into family history. It's one of those things that you can get stuck on for months and then all of a sudden get a break. In this case it was due to a change of name in the Rose family. Apparently we were Rouse's and Ross's in the far and distant past in Wiltshire.
That was in between stripping and washing all of the bedding as it was a lovely day.

For my part I vacuumed and steam cleaned the kitchen and Utility floors, scrubbed the long runner in the utility and hung it to dry outside.
Then I went for a practice ride. Down to Eastington, Frocester, across the common, back up to Stonehouse and back via the M5 motorway again. Over an hours riding and then refueled when I got back to Gloucester ready for Mondays training.
It was good practice, lots of winding, uphill, roads with sharp bends - Hair raising but a good feeling when it all goes right.
I took a short break at Coaley Peak picnic and scenic spot. See extras for the view across the River Severn where it starts to broaden into the Bristol Channel, the Forest of Dean to the right and the Welsh mountains in the distance, breathtaking.
