Birthday portrait

A lovely way to start the weekend.
Lunch out with the family, to celebrate my birthday, then back home for a bit of cake, made by Daughter #2, and a wee dram. The glass, a gift from a friend and colleague, has calibrations marked, "a good day" , "a bad day" and "don't ask!" Needless to say, so far today has been a good one.

Looking forward to continuing the weekend in a celebratory vein, tomorrow, when I complete my 300th parkrun :o)
