Potting Citrus seedlings

The pic shows Joyce, Mary, Agnes (New, eighteen, married with a two year old son, and lives on the farm) and Boyd potting more of our lemon seedlings today. We hope to have in excess of 5000 onto which we will bud a range of citruses with about 10 varieties.
Our citrus programme is now expanding to villages where we supply training and scions for the budding process, all in an effort to improve diet and health.
We also produce improved variety Mango (9 varieties). Guava, Avacado, Apple, Peach, Pears, Plums, and payaya. Our latest venture is about 6 grapevines and a few olives!!
The latest new variety scions come from the Natural Resources College in Lilongwe. They give us scions and we take their placements and teach them to bud and graft. They want to send 12 interns this year.
A big boost for our people on the farm, teaching college students and of course learning as well.
