I don't usually take bird photos

... mainly because I haven't got a very long lens, anyhow I don't consider this a bird photo its a photo of a fence surrounded by water. There was a notice up saying that a wetland was being established.  I guess that has been achieved. This water isn't caused by excess rain because we haven't had any for quite some time.
