Russian zebra mussels

on a bicycle dredged from the Sharpness canal.  They arrived on wooden cargo ships from inland Russia and have blocked pipework and hulls and in warmer water than ours are a real problem.  Spent the morning visiting the Purton Hulks - a ship's graveyard for 84 vessels made of concrete, wood and iron which were driven at high tides into a bank of the Severn that was being eroded and threatening to breach the Canal .  Locked my keys inside my jacket in the car and had to wait 2 1/2 hours for Green whatervers to come and open the door to retrieve them. Stupid what!  So sorry to say I just haven't the energy to blip much at the moment.
