Through Jo's Lens

Good Friday 2018

Tradition around these parts is to walk "up the Pike". The Pike is a beacon tower near Winter Hill and on Good Friday stalls and chuck wagons set up at the foot of the Pike. There are a few ways to go up the Pike, some more challenging than others. We went up via Brownlow Road which is one of the more vertical routes. It was good to see a fair turn out as it's not always the case. Only Jed walked up with Brian and myself this year.
