Isn't It Ever Going To Stop Raining?

It is a blustery day here in Oregon...everytime I've tried to get out for photos it starts to rain again. Stood under the eaves of the house to get a few bird photos...and I imagined this little pine siskin was looking out across the pond and saying "isn't it ever going to Stop raining?"
