Moors valley #Parkrun #newforest....

Just choke me if i set off that fast again, arrggh, 800 metres to go and i was wasted. 22:30 in the end, fading 10 secs cost me the age group win grrr. Still, it's a great one lap course on forest trails with about a Km of path around the lake to finish. Just squeaked into the top 50 from 400 runners. I was nearly a minute behind the quickest 70 yr old !!!!!
