Walthamstow dogtrack

I drove past the old Walthamstow dogtrack this afternoon. Nice to see the iconic art deco facade fully restored but sad that there now sits over 250 flats behind it. I know people need houses, but I did used to love a night out betting on the greyhounds with friends and fammo.

Mum used to ALWAYS win by backing the one that had the last wee as it would obviously be the lightest.
