Total Station

After a five year hiatus I’ve decided to get back to a bit of digging and, to that end, I’ve rejoined my local archaeology society so I can sign up for their spring excavation. Also, this afternoon Trudi and I went on a surveying course amongst the Bronze Age barrows at Petersfield Heath, by way of a refresher. It was run by an archaeologist and a land surveyor and was very good. I just need to do some for real now before I forget it all again!

Now, where did I put that trowel...?
