Fort Grey (The Cup & Saucer)

Fort Grey was constructed to protect part of the west of Guernsey from the French in the early 1800’s. During the Second World War the Germans used it as an anti-aircraft fortification and now it is used as a maritime museum covering the history of the many shipwrecks on this coast.
The weather today was very foggy and it cleared as I approached it on my return home.
