Iron Giant

These obviously man made and non-natural structures stride majestically over our countryside. I think the have a sort of unnatural beauty. However people complain about wind turbines which to my eye have much more beautiful and natural lines and move in a graceful but powerful way.

The noise is another thing maybe

However I am always puzzled why people are up in arms about one but not the other - or is it just a case of who gets the publicity??????

Anyway - still think both are amazing acheivements
