There but not there

This Tommy arrived today and is my contribution to commemorate the 888,246 British and commonwealth servicemen and women who lost their lives in the 1st world war. This man made terror ended in 1918, 100 years ago this November. My great grandfather was one of those lost, having seen my grandfather only once before joining the battle of the Somme, he now rests in the war grave in Wimereux. Here's to you rifleman W S Webster 4035.

One day the human race will learn to be kind and stop killing one another.
