The continuing story of the peacocks

We drove to Bournemouth today to visit my parents in law who have now recovered from their long bout of flu but are both complaining of sore neck and shoulders. They have barely been out in the last six weeks. At least life can go on now with food home delivery, a nice young lady who comes to do an hour of cleaning once a week and being able to have their linen sent off for washing. They remain very independent and live in a very comfortable flat which has no special age related assistance. I offered today to sort out their financial paperwork and the offer was greatfully received. They have the old style powers of attorney in place and I need to find out whether we can convert them to the new style ones for peace of mind. We feel we made a lot of progress today.
We returned to the hifi shop we visited last week and there were four peacocks there this week. These two have royal blue necks compared to the turquoise one which I blipped last Tuesday. Nobody knows where they have come from and I even searched a missing birds website this evening, only one gone missing in Cornwall which seems a bit too far.
