Little Stream

First of all I would like to thank everyone who looked at, commented upon and gave favorites to yesterday's blip. holding on
I'm quite overwhelmed at the response. Many, many thanks to you all.

Now today is a a tad different, however there is a reason for this woodland autumnal scene.

If we look closely under each side of the wooden bridge we can just about see a meandering stream. Here in New Jersey we are expecting some heavy winds and perhaps torrential rainfall between this evening and Wednesday morning.

At the moment it's not clear just how much havoc this storm front will wreak, but forecasts swing between a few inches of rain and the apocalypse.

So all is now clear I hope. I will take this shot at approximately the same time tomorrow, Tuesday and Wednesday and see what effect the wind and rain have on this scene.
