Summer on the Way?

At last the sun shone, in fact we've had the sun all day! Still a little bit of a chilly breeze, but lovely to think the weather may improve.

Whilst feeding the birds I saw the lilac on our tree is budding, obviously they think the time is right.

After meeting Ann out from the Blue Cross shop we went to Pret for coffee/tea then a bit of shopping in readiness for our mini break starting Monday. Stuffed mushrooms for tea. I even made parmesan crisps, a first for me.
