Slow-cooked cake

Yesterday at the surprising Pugh's Garden Centre we picked up a book about slow cooking. it included a recipe for cake, so this is Nor'dzin's first excursion into slow-cooked cake. Delicious too.

It put me in mind of this tune that I used to hear a lot when Richard and Daniel lived here. Apparently it's something to do with cake.
