A Good Morning

Mrs Blackbird seemed happy to pose for me, amongst the Hawthorne. Mr Blackbird could be heard, but not seen, on my early morning Pug walk.

For me a brisk walk around the park three times, while the dogs ran free. The park is otherwise known as the outside gym, as there are exercise machines dotted around the circumference.

I did three sets of twenty reps on the chest press machine.
