Beneath Biscay

Moonless night

Well at least my blip was moonless. Actually it is a still, cold, cloudless night with a full moon, of which I was trying to get a shot for about 15 minutes. All I could get however was either a bit of contrast but at very low resolution or a white disc with no detail whatsoever. I did manage to get a half-decent (considering the camera) shot of the moon a few months ago, but tonight I didn't seem to be able to get the settings right. So in the end with my hands getting decidedly cold, I settled for a shot of the back of San Pedro church. It is taken only a few yards away from where I was standing for yesterday's stormy shot in very different weather conditions.
