Ugly Street?

A fair effort has gone into smartening up Perth's Mill Street, and the intention is to make it link the Museum, the Concert Hall and the Theatre into a cultural area.

A display shows some old photos of how it used to look. Sadly, the centre section still looks like an untidy car park at the back of some ugly buildings.
