First of a series of training sessions in Waltham Forest today. Great folks, inspiring, engaging & forward thinking.

And a great place too. We met in the Peterhouse Centre, a community space belonging to St Peter in the Forest. Other centre users include;
Survivors Network - counselling for victims of domestic or sexual abuse, FGM or those involved in gangs.
An independent local charity working with those suffering mental health issues.
A psycotherapist, specialising in children's therapy.
A patchwork, sewing, tie-dying, specialising in Shibori.
A community-based, volunteer-run organisation aiming to supporting people suffering from stress, anxiety and depression.
A vital local hub.

Oh .... and a great wall-hanging too.
