Sunday morning dog screening

Taking your dog to see a film is now 'a thing' in London.

Ian took Suki and I to a screening of the new Wes Anderson film 'Isle of Dogs' and a fantastic experience it was.

Framed like a Japanese fable the stop frame animation wasn't at all mawkish or sentimental. Plus the dogs loved it.

The cinema as around half full with dogs and owners. the canines barked  at certain plot points and howled along with the lead character during a sad moment. This made us all gasp at our favourite pooches.

I don't know wether Suki liked this more than Paddington 2 (he's a dog, he can't talk) but he certainly watched it.
