APOLOGIES!

I took my harp to a party, but nobody asked me to play my camera to a party, but the battery was dead.

I brought a Sagh Mhaans (Indian dish - lamb with spinach) to CC's birthday party. I never repeat the recipe precisely & this time I got it just about right - they over ate themselves!

Got home with minutes to spare & managed to get this image of Australia's Lisa Weightman who got the silver medal in the Commonwealth Games Marathon. Helalia Johannes from Namibia took Gold.

Went on to watch the men's marathon & see the tragic end to Callum Hawkins's brave attempt...
