Babies!

These are the baby starlings that the Mum is raising in my letterbox (postbox). I checked on progress last week and there were 5 eggs in the nest. Harley mentioned on Saturday that when he checked there were offspring so I had to take a peek today.

There seem to be 4 babies and one unhatched egg. Surprising mother hasn't thrown the egg out, still these youngsters seem to be quite happy with it as a pillow.
