MonoMonday Challenge 221 - Contrasts

Winter has sprang it's Spring and we are jumping directly into Summer.

Saw this plant walking through the fields in Valle d'Aosta. Not sure what it is. The leaves are quite spongy and it is quite large.  The inner growth had a very light green color that contrasted well with the outer more mature leaves.
