False Alarm

Unusually, I was out at Gogarburn today and was delighted to find that Monday’s start with a wee meditation session. At one point I couldn’t hear anything and was convinced I must’ve dropped off - thankfully it was just part of it.

Later we were ‘treated’ to a fire alarm and building vacation - one way of getting some fresh air I suppose - at least it was quite a nice day. It turned out to be a false alarm.

Clubbercise this evening rounded the day off nicely.
